Birmingham Heroes must use Birmingham Hero approved affiliates to receive the estimated reward on the Rewards Calculator.  Including, but not limited to, Real Estate Company, Mortgage Company, Title Company, and Closing Company.

 

Real Estate commission offered to Real Estate Company for a Hero purchase needs to be a minimum of 2.5% of purchase price for the real estate agent to contribute, but the lender portion will still apply.

The Birmingham Hero is eligible to qualify for their primary residence only and Hero may use for both buying and selling their homes.

Proof of program qualification to be delivered upon request to Birmingham Hero.
